Apartment Information
Reception
Bentley Holiday Apartments have an onsite office open 10am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with remote coverage until 9pm.
Check In Time – 14:30pm
Self check-in details will be provided around 7 days before. There will be an allocated lockbox with the keys inside ready for collection. Once guests have the keys they are free to enter their apartment.
The black fob will then allow access to the building by scanning it over the number keypad and also into the pool area via the small black scanner to the left of the door.
Check Out Time – 11:00am
A simple check out, keys are to be left on the table inside the room, and the apartment door closed.
Parking
The EuroCity public car park is now open and easily accessible from Europort Avenue and is on location for both EuroCity and WestOne apartments.
Luggage Storage
We now offer onsite luggage storage Monday to Fridays 11am-4pm. Contact us direct prior to arrival to organise.
